Ben Brown: Personal Trainer

Ben has an infectious personality. He will push you to your limits and further, producing results that you probably never thought you would see. Ben’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, Cert IV in Sports Development and a Cert III & IV in Fitness. He also plans to a Masters in Strength and Conditioning. Ben has a huge passion for sport science which he uses to make sure that you are getting the most out of every program, exercise, set and rep.

As well as PT, Bens experience includes

* Strength and Conditioning, including rehabilitation for the Cottesloe Rugby Club.
* Strength and Conditioning for the Rugby WA Junior Academy
* Strength and Conditioning for Cricket WA’s Development Squad, plus
* Strength and Conditioning for Muay Thai Fighters.

Whatever the personal challenge is Ben guarantees results through using a simple formula. Hard work + Desire = Success. Ben’s interests include pushing his body to its physical limits. He loves tramping throughout New Zealand and devising mean mental challenges also. Bens favored mode of transport is his mountain bike. He refuses to own a car so riding and running around Christchurch is a daily occurrence. Finally Ben’s philosophy is ”Be the best you can be mentally and physically because you only live once, so you should be living at the top of your game!” & “The aim of the game is to train our bodies to be able to go ALL DAY!”
