Richard qualified as a personal trainer in 2006 at the NZ College of fitness and has worked in the fitness industry ever since. He is actively involved in his own fitness development and enjoys a run in the forest and has also competed in a few half marathons. His passion for training extends to his involvement in coaching junior football for Western football club. He and his lovely wife Tracey have two active children aged 10 and 14yrs.
Richard trains a variety of people of different ages and abilities. He is an excellent listener, is very good at creatively coming up with interesting and enjoyable exercise regimes and enjoys seeing his clients making progress.
