Rob Key: Personal Trainer

Rob comes from the little island under Australia – Tasmania. He is a qualified and registered Personal Trainer who is passionate about the benefits of a balanced healthy lifestyle. Rob has also worked as a Petroleum Geologist, training college principal and brings a wealth of experience in working with people from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures into his personal training. Rob enjoys all aspects of the active lifestyle whether it is a challenging weight or cardio workout or a walk with his wife or family. He loves surfing! He and his wife Fiona have four children.

Rob knows experientially how beneficial exercise is –he and Fiona made a lifestyle change in their 40’s to include exercise as a regular part of his life and have not looked back. Since getting involved in the Fitness Industry Rob has co-managed a gym and run his own Personal Training practice.

Rob is easy to get along with and has successfully worked with people from children to those in their 80’s with a variety of needs:

·         Mums who want some ‘my time’ and need to get fitter and feel better about themselves and have found that their ability to cope with home and housework has significantly improved.

·         Husbands and wives who have reached the point where it is time for them to get fit and want to enjoy doing it together.

·         Executives who want to get back some fitness that has been lost through the demands of their work.

·         Seniors who have realised that they don’t have to ‘just slow down’ and have found that they can reclaim energy and strength to enjoy life and do the everyday tasks they need and want to do.

·         Those who have heart disease risk factors and who for life’s sake have reaped the benefits of regular exercise.

·         Those have realised that time has come to lose that extra weight and want the help and motivation from a professionally designed program.

·         Sports people who want to reach for their dreams.

Rob is experienced in giving people variety in their programs. He will make your sessions not only challenging, but stimulating and enjoyable as well.
