Our Services
One on-One Personal Training
Personalized programs designed with your goals, lifestyle and body in mind. Working with a Form Fitness personal trainer ensures that you do your exercises with proper technique and form.
Steps to follow…
- Free consultation: (~10mins) A telephone consultation to record your current goals and what you want to achieve when working with us over
- Movement Screen: (1hr $99) We will assess your posture and take you through a movement screen to then design the right program for you! No generic programs here, we will have you improving your life and/or sport more than you would expect.
- Personal training weekly: (1 1hr session per week - $74/week, 2 1hr sessions per week - $138/week, 3 1hr sessions per week - $192/week) You meet with your personal trainer 1, 2 or 3 times a week for a 1-hour session where you will be properly warmed up, train and will be stretched out at the end.

Two Person Personal Training
Train with a friend or partner that has similar goals to you. Session costs per person are less, but you still have the benefit of working privately with a personal trainer that will design specific programs with you both in mind.
Steps to follow…
- Free consultation:(~10mins) Individual telephone consultations to record both of your goals and what you want to achieve when working with us
- Movement Screen: (1 hr $99/person): This is done separately prior to starting your training together with the trainer. We will assess your posture and take you through a movement screen to then design the right program for you! No generic programs here, we will have you improving your life and/or sport more than you would expect.
- Personal training weekly: (1 1hr session per week - $47/person/week, 2 1hr sessions per week - $89/person/week, 3 1hr sessions per week - $126/person/week) You meet with your trainer 1, 2 or 3 times a week for a 1-hour session where you will be properly warmed up, train and will be stretched out at the end.

Personal Training Program
This is suitable for athletes that would like a strength and conditioning program specific to their sport or for those that live at a distance. We recommend that you get a new program every 6 weeks for best results.
Steps to follow…
- Free phone consultation:(10min) A telephone consultation to record your goals and what you want to achieve when working with us
- Movement Screen, Personal Training session with program: (Movement Screen 1hr, Personal Training session 1hr $198, 4-6 week program): The initial movement screen allows us to tailor make your program and is done separately prior to your personal training session. We will assess your posture and take you through a movement screen to then design the right program for you! During your personal training session we will go over the program that we have developed for you and your program will we emailed to you.
- 4 to 6-weekly Training Session with program: (Personal Trainnig session 1hr and program $99) Every 4 to 6 weeks we will work with you in the studio and design a new program so you continue to make progress in your training.

Payment
Automatic Payment is the preferred method of payment on a weekly basis: A/C 02-0820-0118557-000
We do also accept cheques, cash and direct debit payments. Please make payment in advance to all training sessions. If you are going to be away simply let your trainer know and delay payment for that period. If you are sick or have an emergency and can not make your training session, we will re-schedule
your session time and/or day.
