Outdoor Group Fitness

Form Fitness outdoor group sessions enable participants from all walks of life to combine athletically challenging fitness training in a variety of outdoor locations. Sessions involve a mix of cardiovascular and circuit training in the outdoors designed to challenge individual participants’ level of fitness in an environment that is fun, challenging and effective.
