What you can expect from Form Fitness Bootcamps

Boot camp sessions enables participants from all walks of life to combine athletically challenging fitness training in a variety of outdoor locations. Sessions involve a mix of cardiovascular and circuit training in the outdoors designed to challenge individual participants’ level of fitness in an environment that is fun, challenging and effective. The sessions are a great way to boost your metabolism and show yourself what you can do!

Total body conditioning…

  • improve your strength,
  • lose weight,
  • increase your endurance,
  • develop greater balance and,
  • co-ordination while enjoying the outdoors.

Cost (monthly): 1 session/week $70 or 2 sessions/week $135
