Movement Screen and Postural Assessment

The first step when training with us is to go through a movement screen and postural assessment. This allows us to design the correct program for you. It can be done as a separate session on it’s own or if you are going to train with us on a weekly basis then it will be done in your first training session.

The muscle balance assessment tests your flexibility as well as your strength. It is paramount to your results that you are stretching areas of your body that are tight or restrictive and are strengthening any “weak links” and doing specific exercises that will transfer well to your sport. The result is a program that is custom built for you, not just a generic strength training program.

Form Fitness will help to:

  • Improve your endurance and strength
  • Decrease your risk of injury
  • Develop greater balance, stability and a strong, more functional core which will improve your athletic performance.
