What We Help With

Our personal trainers work with you one-on-one in our private training studio to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our trainers have extensive experience and are fully qualified to help you with postural alignment and muscle imbalances, rehabilitation from injuries, prevention of new injuries through proper technique and specific training for sports.

Postural and Functional Assessment

We’ll get you on the right path by assessing your posture and movement function, through postural assessment, analysing your movement and strength and flexibility testing. With this information, we can tailor a specific program to restore optimum posture and symmetry within your body.

We’ll also address any muscle imbalances that, if left untreated, will compromise your structure and lead to injury.

Postural Correction and Active Rehab

Prevent injuries through correcting poor posture, muscle imbalances and movement malfunctions. By working one-on-one with our personal trainers you’ll strengthen your muscles in balance, ensuring correct technique to create muscle symmetry. Our rehab program will help you actively come back from injury and prevent further injury through correcting physical imbalances by working on the complementary muscles and not just the area of injury.

Personal training

We’ll work with you to identify your health and fitness goals. After a full functional assessment, we will work towards achieving your goals while ensuring proper technique, balance and help you maintain a healthy structure without the risk of injury. Our purpose built studio is designed to help you train smarter and get the most out of your time with us. Your sessions will be effective, rewarding and fun, while you improve your performance through supervised correct technique reinforcement.

Sports Conditioning

Sports conditioning is more than just training up the muscles directly involved in your chosen sport. We’ll ensure all the muscles in your body work in synergy. We will help you perform at your best with a balance of sports specific training, power conditioning, speed training and skill training while ensuring prevention of injury, correct posture, breathing and nutrition. Once we have performed a full body assessment we’ll create a power program specific to your body, using a combination of free moving weights, functional exercises and training cycles to work with your competitive seasons.

Outdoor Group Training

Join Rob and the Team in Beckenham Park for some fun filled Outdoor Group Training. Classes run for 45 min and involve a mixture of strength and fitness training. They are also are run in small numbers so you are able to get the attention you need from our trainers to help with your exercise technique.

Stretch, Relax and Restore!

Join us  and unwind from your busy day with our Tuesday nights Stretch, Relax and Restore class.  Learn to focus on your breathing while relaxing your muscles to help you improve your flexibility and posture with Ross and his Yoga moves. Take time out of your day for “you” and join us on our next block of classes.
