In Lockdown and still want to Exercise?

Exercising during a Lockdown can be difficult, not knowing what to do, having no equipment at all, having to put thought into a program and wondering if it will get the best results for you. We have simplified the process for you and designed a few programs with various focuses to keep you fit and strong over the Lockdown period so that when you return to the Gym you won’t have lost all the hard work you put in prior to being housebound!

All of these programs are complete with videos and full explanations, so why not put some exercise gear on and start with one today…

The Butt and Abb Blaster – This bodyweight program will take you through a series of exercises to get that behind working and abs shaking…
No need for any equipment – or excuses

Swiss Ball Suicide – If you have a swiss ball challenge yourself with this program, there are a few easy ones but a couple of torturous moves that might get you sulking…

Full Body Fun – A body weight no equipment needed program to get rid of any rust in the body that might be accumulating from the lockdown…

The Daring Dumbbell Program – Full body dumbbell program to get you sweating…there is lots of shoulder work so be prepared. If you don’t have any dumbbells – use some milk bottles, wine bottles or the like instead.

Mobilise and Stretch your Body is your body tightening up from watching to much NetFlix? Get that roller out and loosen it off while you chillout to your favourite TV series…

If you would like something more personalised, tailor designed to your specific goals and to combat your imbalances our Trainers are available for Zoom/Skype sessions to run you through an individual program and work with you so they can monitor your exercise technique. It’s amazing how much more you can achieve with the accountability and direction of a Trainer watching over your shoulder…or in lockdown peering at you through a computer screen.

Check back every week for more programs, or join our Facebook page for updates.
