Our personal trainers work with you one-on-one in our private training studio to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Our trainers have extensive experience and are fully qualified to help you with postural alignment, muscle imbalances, specific strength training for sports, rehabilitation from injuries and prevention of new injuries through proper exercise technique.

Postural and Functional Assessment

We’ll get you on the right path by assessing your posture, movement, strength and function with a full body postural assessment. After looking at your posture, movement patterns, muscle function and flexibility, we can tailor a specific program to restore optimum posture and symmetry within your body.

We’ll also address any muscle imbalances that, if left untreated, will compromise your structure and lead to injury. With FORM you can train with confidence and work with a training program that is specific to you.

We’ll work with you to identify your health and fitness goals as well as undertaking a full functional assessment to see how your body is currently functioning so we can work together towards achieving your goals as well as correcting imbalances and ensuring proper technique without the risk of injury.

Sports Conditioning

Sports specific strength and conditioning is more than just training up the muscles directly involved in your chosen sport. We’ll ensure all the muscles in your body work in synergy. We will help you perform at your best with a balance of sports specific training, power conditioning, speed training and skill training while ensuring prevention of injury, correct posture, breathing and nutrition. Once we have performed a full body assessment we’ll create a periodized program specific to your body, using a combination of free moving weights, functional exercises and training cycles to work with your competitive seasons to ensure you get the best results from your strength training and peak right in time for your competitive season.
