5.2 you agree to use any third party software to design and track your fitness programme.

6.2 to assist you with matters relating to the services we provide to you;

6.3 to improve and better understand your preferences;

6.4 to notify you of any change to our services or to your membership terms (including fees); and

8 Electronic information will be held securely on password-protected devices.

9 Staff will only access this information in accordance with the purposes set out above.

Disclosure to third party service providers

10 We may provide your personal information to third party service providers who assist and enable us to use your personal information to support delivery of our personal training services to you.

Access and correction

11 You can access and request correction of any personal information concerning you at any time. You may also request that we delete your personal information at any time. Any such requests should be made directly by contacting us (see below for details). Please note that your right to gain access to your information will be subject to the relevant exceptions in the Privacy Act.
