Claudia is a Personal trainer in Form Fitness. She holds a Degree in Physical Conditioning, a Peak Pilates Level 3 Instructor certification and a Peak Pilates Master Instructor qualification. Claudia has extensive knowledge of movement, posture, strength development and injury prevention. She has a particular interest in helping clients overcome back pain, improve posture and move with greater confidence.
Claudia has also completed specialist training in pregnancy and pelvic floor health, allowing her to support women through different stages of life with safe and effective exercise programming.
Passionate about the idea that movement has the power to change lives, Claudia believes exercise is about much more than physical appearance. Regular movement can improve energy, confidence, mental wellbeing, resilience and overall quality of life. Her goal is to help clients discover a form of exercise they genuinely enjoy, while supporting them every step of the way.
Outside the gym, Claudia enjoys staying active through rugby, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and hiking.
